Run bike with gas tank tilted up?

Is it okay to run the bike with the gas tank tilted up? Any tilt sensors in the fuel pump?

Also got a check engine light intermittently while doing the throttle body sync. Did i throw off the vacuum sensor while I had my instrument hooked up? It's a homeade manometer. Ran fine when i took it for a ride after.

Yes, it's ok. Did you take the MAP sensor out of the loop or T into it.

T'd into it. My tubing and fittings on that side fit really snug so i know i wasn't sucking in air.
