Replacing tumblers into top case

I tried to install the new tumblers (found under my seat) into a (used) top case today. Could not figure out how to put the little plate (that is held with the two little screws) under the plastic thingy, so I took off the inside cover). Came apart okay, but I can not figure out how it is supposed to fit back together. Any picts/ manual pages I could look at? TIA-
