Hey all, I purchased a whole rear spoke set and obviously will not be needing them all.

I'll mail individual spokes with the spoke nipple for $6 (there are three different lengths), know which you'll need.

Also will do one of each length so 3 spokes and nuts for $12 mailed.

If you want more or less we can work something out, pm me.

Thanks,
Potentially the least punctual seller on this board

My dealings earlier this year went off without a hitch. My guess is the holiday season is busy for the lad and all will be ok for you

I understand that but he haven’t replied to any of my pms in 13 days when he will ship them
He is silent
Since then I sold multiple items on advrider and it took no longer then a week for the inmates to receive them

I don’t expect the items to be shipped same day but 3 or 4 days after the payment will be nice
Also replying and updating after it is shipped will save that kind of conversations

I should say something, but I won"t. !!!;)
You don’t have too. I will. Thank you OldRider for providing spokes all these years to the members here. It was you selling these that got me checking my spokes after each ride. I’m hoping I won’t lose any. Merry Christmas Sir!!

[POSTS FROM HERE TO MY NEXT POST ARE COPIED IN FROM ANOTHER THREAD WHICH r1100r STARTED. NO CRITICISM ON R1100R IT'S JUST THAT DOUBLE POSTING IS AGAINST RULES HERE AND ELSEWHERE. PLUS, BY NOT SAYING WHO HE TRIED TO BUY THE SPOKES FROM A PROSPECTIVE BUYER MAY'VE THOUGHT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT OLDRIDER. - CW mgmt]

I recently purchased spokes from inmate. Payed via PayPal on 12/12/19
Inmate is not replying to any of my pms since I payed him . Now I have no spokes or the $24 that I payed for
Any suggestions
16 days from the transaction no replies no spokes no money luckily it is not expensive transaction
Is there a place to report such things on the forum?

I can appreciate your point of view and the lack of communication issue. The seller has been selling the spokes for a while and this is the first issue brought up, so there simply may be some external issue beyond the seller's control. I know when I travel I sometimes forget to take my little book of passwords. I've been stuck, unable to communicate with someone that's getting progressively more pissed off at my lack of response until I got home from traveling.

Considering the time of year, it's entirely possible that the seller is out of town until the new year. It's a very common time for people to take longer vacations since they get the holidays 'free' in addition to their vacation days.

I would suggest you take a deep breath and relax for another week or so. If you haven't heard from the seller by the 6th of January, go to the PayPal help center and file a claim with the Resolution Center. Note that you'll need to log in to go to the resolution center.

Sometimes life happens. For all we know he's in the hospital or dead. Odds are it's less complicated than that. Try not to get upset about it. It's not worth it. IF the seller eventually contacts you and is not willing to fulfill your order or refund your funds, (assuming the lack of a tracking number or proof of shipping), then post that to the forum so others will know to avoid him.

You can file a claim with Paypal but they won’t do anything but notify the seller until 30 days are up which seems reasonable to me.
i also bought spokes from the same seller SoDakTraut and in my case everything turned out great.

I have sold over 2,000 items using paypal and never had a claim, I did have a couple guys say the item was not delivered but Usps showed it was delivered, after further checking both buyers found out their wives had put the packages in the garage without saying anything about it.
One Ebay purchase I made never delivered, the seller claimed he forgot to ship it because of a death in the family but he would now ship it, well he never shipped it ever but Paypal did refund my money.
You never know maybe something very serious happened to the seller and that’s why he hasn’t responded, I sure hope not.

Don't get me confused with this seller. I've filled at least 50 orders for spokes on here with no problems. I think the seller in question has sold 3-4 sets. :):):)
Yep, The seller in question is a new member and I smelled spam from his very first post.
