Did a search, but came up empty. My clutch lever, and bushing, recently wore out and stranded me. I've replaced the lever with some shorties, but had to reuse the pivot bushing since the new set didn't come with one. It's working, but worn.

The parts diagram doesn't list this as a separate part, so I'm looking to see if anyone has found a cross-reference solution. It's probably the same bushing they use on most everything, but wanted to get confirmation before ending up with a pile of unusable brass bits.

To be more clear, I'm looking for the pivot bushing/puck that the master cylinder pin pushes on....NOT the lever's bolt bushing.

Thanks in advance!

Maybe. I saw that on the diagram, too, but it isn't oriented that way on the bike. Maybe it's just shown weird since it's listed as a part of the master cylinder sub-assembly? Guess I'll add it to my cart the next time I'm ordering parts, and give it a shot.

It goes here:

Grease worms and miles ate mine! Here’s a comparison photo of it (right) next to a friend’s loaner lever:

The bushing #4 is what the lever pushes on to depress the master cylinder shaft/push rod.

I've never seen anyone wear out a lever before. How many miles on the bike?

Lubrication is the key...

I ended up Googling the p/n for #4, and confirmed...it's the right part. Already have one on the way!
It get's lubed occasionally, but apparently not enough! Only 65k miles.

I'll take the blame, and should've caught it before getting that bad.
