Moose Racing Expedition panniers are on closeout lots of places for around 250 bucks.
It looks like the spacers are meant to switch sides. Than it will be fine I guess.I'm going to revive this with a question for Hepco & Becker rack owners. What size spacers are you using on the right side of the bike, with the passenger grab rail installed? On my ES and the 2014+ HP Lock-It rack, my right turn signal is conflicting with the pannier frame while I have a mile of clearance on the left. HP instructs to use the 30mm spacers on the left side and 15mm spacers on the right; the left side looks correct, but the right side just isn't. If I throw a stack of washers in the mounts on the right side, I can bump it out to something more reasonable and not so asymmetrical (can only go so far before needing a longer bolt). Has any one else had this issue? Roger, over at Caribou, is sending me some spacers that may work, but really, is the HB rack fitment this bad on all later model ES'? Just seems like too much forcing and bodging to me; kinda having second thoughts on this setup.
This pic is before adding the final rear lock-it mount, but it's on the taillight also, when installed.
Voluptuous.. . . . She has a fat ass.
Mine are both about an inch away from the light on both sides. Something's up w/ the spacers for sure. Hope you get it worked out soon!I'm going to revive this with a question for Hepco & Becker rack owners. I installed my HB racks with grab rails and just followed instructions and used the supplied washers. Don’t recall any issues.I'm going to revive this with a question for Hepco & Becker rack owners. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience; the left side is perfectly fine and has plenty of space between the rack and taillight, but the right side is problematic:I installed my HB racks with grab rails and just followed instructions and used the supplied washers. Don’t recall any issues.

I have the same stickers on my S10.New Happy Trail rack with my old Vstrom HT boxes.
