Pannier lid organizers for OEM panniers?

Does anyone make any sort of pannier lid organizers for the factory side cases? It would be nice to be able to lift the lid and store a phone, wallet, flashlight, whatever and not have to use a tank bag.

I got an organizer for my Givi top case from Moose Racing. Dunno if they make similar ones for side cases. They’re designed for their own cases so you would need to adapt them to a different brand.
