Can anyone point me to some installation instructions for the OEM side cases? I bought a set off a poster here and need to find some install instructions.

Disassembly can be measured, armed is difficult because it enters inside the handles and you cannot see how much it enters. if you zoom the pic on monitor computer until the size of the screws conicide with the screws you have, next to these are spacers they should give you the measure, you can do it from some black polymer

That's a pretty good idea. Never would of thought of that on my own.

I have the spacer's dimensions but it is at the office. I'll get it tomorrow.
Awesome, if my logic is sound, the front is a 5/8" spacer and the rear is 1" spacer. I added the thread depth of the factory bolts to the stack of bushings and brackets, and then subtracted from the longer bolt lengths. Curious to see how far off I am.

An error of 9,92% in the long and 1% in the short, being the first time, not bad:):)

I just got a brand new set of the hangers with detailed step-by-step instructions and parts list. I'll grab it at home tonight and try to copy and post it tomorrow. I can also copy the more detailed instructions for working with the panniers.

Same question but regarding ZE version. As you know the right handle is occupied with compressor. Any guide for ZE available?

There's no difference in the mounts between the standard and ES models, at least through the '15 model that I have.

I have a bike with the OEM cases already installed, and have just bought a set of OEM pillion grab handles to go on.

Call me silly, but won't the handles make the panniers sit out wider, and therefore not sit on the lower mount bracket?

I would have found out today but I didn't have a star socket large enough... D'oh.

no,

i had handles on mine when i had standard cases, sold them off for givi, but the handles where the bolts go threw have deep holes in them for spacers and bolts etc they fit fine,
if you look at the instructions that lemmifun put on above the last picture on the top right top layer shows how the grab handles and fitting bar go on with bolts and spacers

All the US bikes come standard with the grab handles, they don’t affect the position of the mounts.
