Hey all, I'm picking up my factory new '19 this week. Switching over from a '12 Kawi Concours14, I think I'm going to love the smoother suspension for country road touring.
Thanks in advance for all the great info on this site.

Welcome from Texas. It's a common switch in a way. There are many former FJR riders here.

Welcome from metro Seattle!

Tenere is a great all around machine but you'll miss the 4 cylinder pull from the big ST bikes. My FJR book-ends my Tenere and still puts a big smile on my face every time I ride it! Leaving Monday for Red Lodge MT and the FJR gets the nod for the trip.

Enjoy the new '19!!

Welcome to the forum, you are going to miss the power of the Concours but not the weight. I kept my Concours when I purchased my Tenere.
