Over the last week, I've been asking questions and everyone on the forum have been great about what to look for. During the week, I found a 2014 with 4300 miles on it for $8700. It came with Touratech panniers, SW-Motech crash bars and engine guard, Garmin Nuvi 250 and a different winshield mount but not sure whose. Hopefully I did okay for my first Tenere?? I'm coming from a FJR1300 that gets 25,000+ miles a year and looking for getting off the tar roads for some of my next adventures.

I contacted the dealer to late on that one. Good price.
I thought as far away from the Twin Cities that he was that it would sit there all winter but as I talked to you guys on the forum, I realized it was a good deal and called him Tuesday and put a down payment on it before seeing it in person.
I guess the guy brought it in for an oil change and took a side-by-side home because his wife didn't want to ride on it.

Anyone know what this black thing is mounted to the lid?
Congrats!! Great looking bike!!!

That's a mount for a Rotopax aux fuel container.

Good luck!!!

Wow! I would say that's an exceptional deal. That bike has got about $2500 worth of farkles on it already. You don't have to do the clutch or CCT update either. Congratulations on the new bike.

Nice Find! You will like the bike. Mind sharing what dealer you found it at?

I kept my FJR, mainly because I could. It only gets a couple thousand miles a year anymore, but I still like to throw a leg over it and grab a handful of right hand from time to time!
