As far as wind management goes, the winglets make a difference. Also consider mirror extenders, which move the mirrors about 2 cm out. I found this to have a fairly substantial effect and I can also see a little better past my shoulders. But I also have an aftermarket windscreen, so you may find you want to do that anyway.
