Hi everyone

I have purchased a new (and heavily discounted) Super Tenere XT1200ZE, but haven't been able to collect it yet. Hopefully this will be sorted in the next few weeks.

I've never owned a Yamaha before. I've been riding since 1987 and bought my first big bike, as shown in the photo, on the day I passed my test. Have had to many bikes since but never really found a long term keeper. Really enjoyed a Honda Varadero I owned a few years back and I now want a bike that can deal with the rough roads we have here. I like getting out and exploring, but not really off road riding TBH.

I've been grateful for all the info on these forums, and I look forward to being able to contribute soon!

Hi James, welcome to the Forum and welcome to 2021! :) If you liked your Varadero then you will love the SuperTen, it is well suited to U.K. roads and any other roads you want to ride on too:)
