I bought a Triumph from them years ago, not really pleasant to deal with, you were better off getting it from somewhere else.

That was my take, having been in there a few times to kick tires. The seem more concerned with being the only game in town than they are selling bikes. I went in a little while ago to get the washers for an oil change. The parts guy didn't know what a Super Tenere was.

Yeah they were only ever interested in selling Harleys, well apparently they lost the franchise so only sell Kawasaki and maybe Yamaha now? Plus tractors and side by sides. That aught to put a dent in their sales.

I got my ST down at Platinum Powersports just north of Grand Rapids It was two years old and they gave me a good deal. Not sure if they would be closer to you or Peacocks down in Baldwin, they sell Yamahas also but are mostly dirt bike focused.

I've been in Platinum to shop for Tenere. Unfortunately for me, I waited just a little too long this year to pull the trigger, so I had to travel out of state. I bought my first Victory down at Peacock. The mechanic that ran me through the bike couldn't even find the battery. I'll probably get what I can online and travel to Lakeside in Mecosta for anything I need to order from a parts desk.
