Yes I did buy a crazy expensive brand new Zumo a couple weeks ago, so far have only used it on my Goldwing but will be heading to Idaho and Canada in a couple weeks very likely with the Tenere so would like to mount the Zumo on it, I'm thinking of mounting it to the front left handlebar mount bolt using one of these https://www.rammount.com/activity/motorcycle-bases#handlebarclamp-base Has anyone else here used this method ? Or any other suggestions ?
The biggest thing that got me wanting a Zumo 595 was the adventurous road feature, at times it's great but there are times when it's simply stupid, like yesterday it wound up taking us down a 5 mile gravel road even though it was set for no gravel, but that was the first time that happened to me, and the gravel road was straight as an arrow for the entire 5 miles.
