Mountain Time

West on 80 60 and it won't take too long,
'Til the road starts climbing up to mountain time.

The girl I know there, she lives free and easy,

And she shows me wonders and she takes my mind.

Be like you baby,
I wanna be there
To settle on up about my life
And that girl is waiting, but she won't wait too long,

Drove all night to that clear blue sky.

And she's wild as eagles,

She's as sweet as honeysuckle,

Her life's flowing like a mountain stream.

And she takes me somewhere,

And it's good to be there,

And she pulls me into her bright golden wing.

Bright golden wing.

West on 80 and it won't take too long,
'Til the road starts climbing up to mountain time.
The girl I know there, she lives free and easy,
And she shows me wonders and she takes my mind.
And she's wild as eagles,
She's as sweet as honeysuckle,

Her life's flowing like a mountain stream.
And she takes me somewhere,

And it's good to be there,

And she pulls me into her bright golden wing.
I can feel it in the wind blow

I can feel love flow

And I'll be there when the morning comes, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah

Nice to have you back, Jim.

You and Joe inspired me to dig around in the archives, like this Bonamassa tune (from my low def shooting days).

And this is still the closest I've ever come to swamping any bike ever!! Wish I had the camera rolling when my bow wave washed over the Tenere's speedometer. I should have followed your line and not decided to try just to the left because yours look a little rocky. It was crossing the water in minute 3 of this video when we were going the other way.

MUD!!
Not Bonamassa, but a very worthy alternate. We have a guy on the board here now would would be very annoyed with my tire selection for these conditions.
To be honest, DM wasn't wall that thrilled that I put here on that road on those tires.

Good to see you around here again. I also appreciate you sending me back to see old videos I haven't looked at in many many years.

Welcome back.

Thank you Jon. It's good to be back.

You are responsible for my gradual warming to JB. Took me a while to get there.

Hadn't thought about R.D. Bailey weekend and that creek crossing(s) and the look on the 4-wheeler pilot's face in a long time. Fun times!

It is little wonder DM didn't have your head!!
My only trip throughw Green River was with my pal Jay waving his foot at a basking rattler as he rode by. Boy ain't right.

Great videos!

Glad the JB infection took hold. It's permanent.

Did you get your construction project completed? Last time we rode together you were talking a break from digging trenches.

Yep. Working on moving in. ;)

Seems to me you were in the midst of a project too (I mean besides keeping Harrison in line :D).
Did that work its way through?

Yeah, keeping Harrison in line is far too big a job for me. Haven't seen much of him since he sold his Tenere, and took off with his Sweedish mistress.

Congrats on moving into a place where you have worked so long to create.

Not sure which project I was working last time I saw you. If it was my range, then no, still not done. Only now getting back to that after a having it on the back burner for years. I think I'm almost ready.

Found another Joe tune from years ago. The very first Romney Camp N Ride video was JB.

Oh, and my trip to Baja was more Joe.

Man, I haven't seen this stuff in ages.
