Mosko Nomad Tank Bag

Has anyone mounted up the New Mosko-Moto Nomad Tank Bag yet? I have one and I really like its well thought out organization layers, very nice. Just not sure where to mount the rear straps??? I have them going straight under the front of the seat now, but then I don't have access to the strap connection so its easy to remove the whole bag without popping the seat off?

If someone has a photo or two of how they did it, that could be very helpful.

I don't have the bag but it is pretty interesting looking. Can you just reverse the straps? maybe a picture of your setup would help?

I am assuming they are using the banana in place of a pistol; so they don't offend anybody. 'Cuz that's the first thing I thought should go in that spot. I like the looks of the bag for other tasks too.

when mosko decided to build a tank bag they asked their customers what they wanted as features in a new tank bag, a large majority asked for a pocket to place a hand gun.... seems they listen.... may try their new bag when my current bag wears out...

Forum member atravlr sent me a picture or two of how he set his up and I followed suit. I really like the bag, the design is excellent and even though it looked too small at first, it is working out great. An added feature is that banana pocket even has Velcro just in case you want to secure a holster in there! More great stuff from Mosko!

I've got the v2 reckless 80 only used it once but liked the way it loaded and held up to my getoffs. I've been waiting on this bag and still want to see one in person. I'll put the straps under the seat that's the way my wolfman is now. I have the wolfman electrified and would also want to do the nomad that way for my Bluetooth. One thing that really draws me to the nomad is the water bladder is in it, no need for a camelback or getting thirsty.

I must say that I'd prefer the rear straps under the seat, when I put them there I lost access to the rear clips. I like to take the bag off the bike quite often so that's a no go for now. Something custom could work

The Mosko people REALLY seem to listen so maybe make a suggestion for an optional way they could make it or sell an accessory.

Maybe I'm the only one that thinks this but I don't think the Mosko bag looks very good on the Tenere? Unless I'm looking at it wrong it doesn't look like the front of the Mosko bag is even laying on top of the tank it looks like it suspended in the air? If that's the case it just doesn't seem like in conforms to the tank all that well. Like in needs to be sitting more on top of a tank rather than the curve of the tank. But maybe i'm just seeing the image wrong... Maybe I need to see more of side shot of the install... I think the actual bag itself looks great though. Just looks like there is zero flex in the base of the bag...

I've been using the Mosko tank bag for a month or so now. I'm really pleased with it, it works as a small backpack/daypack and is easy to take off and put on. I was a little worried it would rub on the tank, but that hasn't happened. I haven't used the water bladder yet, nor the gun pocket. I don't think you can use them both at the same time. I like it much better than any other tank bag I've used. The only negative is it's a pain in the a** to put the map pocket on.

Finished the installation of my Santa Klaus gifted Nomax yesterday. Had a hard time fishing the collar around the steering yoke. I ended up disassembling one buckle. Then when I positioned the Nomax on the tank, I did not like the way the front collar straps were positioned. I thought they might interfere with the steering and cause the bag to move sideways. So I removed the front harness and looked for other ways of attaching it. I finally found the solution after inspiring me from the way the lower connecting straps are attached to the frame.
