Lots of folks claim they don’t get hot wearing a Aerostich suit.
im big fan of Aerostich , I wear Darian jacket (not about hot or cold) it keeps me as comfortable in extremes hot or cold better than any jacket on the market. I can say that because I've owned mesh , cold in the cold hot in the hot . bought my Darian , it just plain works . (3 minute pause , my coffee is ready )if you think being dry is good buy mesh . once you're sweat is gone your riding in a blow drier. the Darian you will be sweaty on a hot day , but as you ride air drafts through the vents and you get an evaporative cooling effect . you will be hot but tolerable as it does its thing . now cold days adjusting what layers under the jacket is simple and works , a mesh jacket and its cheap liner will still need layers . and before people get on me about this , I have a one year old KLIM ( 2nd most expensive jacket they make ) it is a very nice jacket , more comfortable in some ways and way better looking than my Darian . but it is hotter and does not vent as well as my Darian ... so I paid a lot for the KLIM and and will wear it for winter ( it does a good job keeping me warm ) one more thing , the Darian has kept me dry through all the rain ive ever ridden through , not sure the KLIM .... ok cycle dude you were talking about the one piece Aerostich suits , ive wanted one forever , but the cost , man the cost . yep its the cost that has kept me from buying one .... size 50 regular , add the one inch side gussets ,I have a bit of a belly , remove one inch above the knee add one inch below the knee , and make it in Hi-Viz with black abrasion patches . yep I want one . and it would be the R-3 , should work just like the Darian .
