Along with some of the other items suggested these couple of items would also come along with me on an extended ride.
The final drive seal at the splined hub, and a front fork oil seal cleaning tool.
I’ve found the final drive seal does not seem to wear and leak as much as it can get contaminated between the inner oil seal lip and outer dust seal lip causing a minor leak. Fairly easy to change on the road. 3/32 drill bit and an appropriate screw to pry out the old one, and using the old one to set the new one also works well.
The other tool is used to clean the front fork seals which can also can get contaminated and leak. Same idea as a seal mate. I’ve used this one quite a few times on bikes with inverted forks with pretty good success.

Is there anything I can do to help you prepare? I’m still like 15 minutes away and will do anything within my abilities to help.

I think I'm ready (knocking on wood..) I've used several of the suggestions in this thread, now I just need to get the party started! :)

Spare set of levers (clutch and brake) - ebay shorties for $20 or so - unprotected levers will bend/ break in a droop
Spare shift rod - p/n 2GV-18115-00-00 - easy to carry, designed to break in a drop to protect other parts in the linkage (it's knurled for this reason).
Only half joking: an extra cooling fan - used FJR fan from ebay for ~$50. If you drop on the left side you risk wedging the fan into the radiator, which means the fan can't spin, which means no cooling. Worse, if you don't remove the fuse or free the fan by bending the brackets out before getting hot, your fan will be destroyed a few seconds after the bike tries to turn it on.

I also have a few feet of duct tape wrapped around my water bottle - not only a cache of duct tape, but also makes my cup fit snuggly on the end of the bottle. A small vice-grip can act as an emergency shift lever, handle, clamp, clutch or brake lever extension, extra hand, etc. JB weld for cracked covers and oil pan.

If you're going to be far from civilization, it's not practical to do major repairs - just keep yourself limping towards civilization (where that CC works!). I might worry more about carrying a SPOT, water, food, basic medical stuff - maybe something to use as a splint/ cane/ jack. Leaking seals can leak a LONG time before they need fluid added, and adding fluid re-sets the clock. It's messy.

My only thought if I was going that far would be take the stock mirrors off and install some DoubleTake mirrors so you can’t break the perch off along with some short inexpensive leavers.
Yamaha dealers are everywhere, you might have to wait for parts though. Oh, and some rear brake pads. Linked brakes burn through them faster than you think.

Why are you changing the wheel bearings now? I put 100k on original Yamaha wheel bearings on my '12Super Tenere and my FJR wheel bearings failed after 150k, (front only). I would take a set with you for both wheels, but wouldn't bother changing them now unless you

FWIW, a friend. bought a new leftover 2012 in 2014. last year at 6000 miles the front bearings crapped out 7 hours from home. a fluke, probably, but I'd definitely carry a set.

Maybe a battery jumper power pack? Always feel better camping ,knowing I will have an option if my battery goes dead.
. I have a problem with putting my kickstand down and forgetting the key is on.
I won't leave the house without one plus charging phones etc.
