Quick question for Lone Rider semi rigid bags owners . Do you notice any sagging down of the bags after a while ? I'm wondering how the semi rigid system holds up in a long run ? How do the bags look after they are loaded if they sag down and start changing shape or stay fairly square ?

My OEM panniers are safely stored in my basement, because they are too fragile and bulky.
I use a pair of soft saddlebags and a soft tail bag, carries everything I need. And if I have a fall, or if the big Ten decides to have a nap, then they cushion the fall. Cheap to replace if need be. Droopy, well somewhat, but as the bags get older they probably will start to droop....hmmmm....sound familiar??

I believe the question was about the specific Lone Rider product. LINK

(sorry, no help from me, I'm a hard pannier guy)

I have some old ish semi rigid bags on my Super Ten at the moment , yes they do sag and do look like my old Mother-in Law from the rear ,but they carry a heap fo tools, fuel container etc .
But they do look better than the square boxes that are so popular nowadays .

Wow, I thought Mosko’s were expensive but these take the prize ! They look very well built and the pics on their site do show them loaded to the max for traveling. No help here for you but thanks for sharing another bag option.

Wow, I was just about to purchase these. I am also looking for some feedback. It looks like they are lockable. What are your thoughts on these especially vs Mosko Motos? sorry, didn't mean to steal the thread.

Have you already purchased these? I did a lot of research before deciding on my Mosko Moto bags. I have not seen any soft bags that don't sag or compress tight other than the Giant Loop, Wolfman, or Mosko Moto.

I would recommend doing a lot of research on what bags to get. For me it was simple. I made my mind up after seeing all the bags in person at a desert rally. Hard panniers are a no go if you have tip overs. I got the Mosko Moto just because of the quality/durability and being able to compress them tight against the bike when not in use. Mine are lockable with a lock strap. I can get in and out of them just as quickly as a hard pannier.

Wolfman and Giant Loop are also a good option to look at.

You might want to look into the new Givi soft bags. They lock to the Givi racks, and you have the option to use hard cases should you ever want to.
