Met up with some folks that were meeting to ride outside of Tonasket. Hadn't met anyone, but was supposed to be big-bike friendly, so I decided to pop down to check it out
Day 1 - Riding out:
Always do a shot as I'm getting ready to go
No problems finding the campsite, already saw some of the tracks lighting up on my GPS
Nice little spot
Rode back & forth to Tonasket to text and try and connect with one of the other folks that I was going to meet up with, but we didn't connect (didn't realize the house didn't have coverage at the time). So I chased down some firewood, can't camp without a fire.
The lake looks neat at night too
Day 2 - First day offroading
Again rode into town to check text messages, passed a guy on a big KTM (who was wondering where the hell I was going the trails were the other way, we ended up meeting later)
No messages, gassed up and decided to just go follow the route.
Things got a bit more rugged towards to top
Amazing view!
Tracks were smaller than what I normally ride on the SuperT
Whacked my leg pretty good on the hardbags, rode out and met Jerry, the guy I saw on the road earlier. Didn't take many photos afterwards, except for one shot at lunch
Anyway, no photos after, did my own riding and later went over to the house where most people were staying and hung out a bit. Good day, but I was bushed
