I cant see 2019 New S10 restyling personally, but looking internet picture, I watched some diference. I’m Wrong?
1) dont have oil level?
2) 4 litres?

No. It's the same casting marks as my 2015 and my 2012 models. 3100 cm3. That's 3.1L or about 3.28 US quarts. A bit shy of the 3.6 quarts/3.4L for an oil change w/filter.

Why the arrow to the sight glass? There is no oil in that bike. Why would there be? The bikes used for photos never have fluids in them.

Sorry, I didn’t write that the first picture is the normal S10...2010-2018.....but the last picture is a zoom of the 2019 model . I see that it doesn’t have the sight glass and I can see a number 4 in the oil liquid

I don't think you can make those conclusions from the pics you have. The angles are different enough that it's difficult to tell for sure if it's just lighting or actual change. Add to that the oddity of press bikes not always being production bikes and who knows.

Besides, even if they deleted the sight glass, who cares? It's poorly understood by most and rarely used correctly. I'd have been more impressed if they changed the location of the oil filler to where you could actually stick a funnel in it w/o it falling out. :D
