I constantly get the urge to ride like that, but you have to be able to temper your libido a bit in that kind of traffic. Not sure I agree about the skills assessment from that short clip. No way he knew what was coming on the other side of that mini-van, and I bet he came a lot closer than he would have liked to that line of cars. He got lucky.

Dickheads like this just bring us lower speed limits, tighter noise regs, power caps, more complex testing regimes, Police clampdowns, and generally f**k up biking for the rest of us, and when they finally kill themselves their death gives the anti-bike lobby more ammunition.

I think he would be better off on a track or trying his hand at Moto-gymkhana, here he can properly test his skills without risking the lives of normal folk going about their business.

I have met a few guys who ride like that. They don't say anything when I first meet them. In fact, they don't say anything at all, as they are covered by a blanket.
