Just made one for the Triumph out of 1/2" HDPE kitchen cutting board. The HDPE cost $12 but the install took probable more than twice that for the collection of stainless hardware from ACE.

Finally finished up my home made pillion rack. All the credit for this project goes to Mak10 he sent me the prints from the one he made. The hardest thing I am facing now is finding the 3" and 4" bolts to lock it down. Ace hardware has 3" but no 4". It doesn't look to bad being made with a jig saw and drill and a file........A lot of file.

Boulder has a McGuckins They have everything... or used to maybe they got eaten up by the box stores

Yes they have been invading us since the 80's they show zero respect for this state, and anything that happens in Cali they have brought their bullshit here including the way they vote which destroyed California and the very crap they were fleeing Cali for.

Had the same issue in Florida. Northerners complain where they used to live then want to make it that way!! Another reason why I moved to Alabama.
