Overall I have had smoother experiences.
First off the salesman was not very knowledgeable and did not communicate with me the important aspects of the deal. I ended up having all my communications with the business manager. The down-payment quoted by the salesman was first $800 lower than it actually was.
Apparently there was no one there to wash the bike before I took delivery so the salesman wiped it down with a rag. ::010::
If you find a bike you like, understand they want you to put down a $500 deposit if you are not sure....That deposit is Non-refundable. I don't know if that is an industry standard or not as it has been years since I purchased at a dealership. mostly I do private purchases.


That being said, the overall experience when I actually sat down to make the purchase with the Finance manager was extremely smooth and the finance manager even lowered my payments from what I was told. Am I happy? yes
Would I purchase there again? I would most definitely if I used a different salesman.

My son has bought 3 bikes from them (with a different salesman) and has never been done wrong. they did some deals with him that I did not think possible.

Either way I finally got my S10. So tonight I am a very happy camper.

Welcome to the mad house, I am in McKinney and purchased my bike from Maxim.. not as many issues as yours when purchasing, but have had a few mechanical things done by this shop and not been too impressed with the results!! Have fun on the new ride and maybe our paths will cross.
