I'm trying to post a map, but when I go under "attachements and other options" then post it, I get an error message. It tells me I can only post certain file types. .pvm is one of the choices which is a power commander map file.

But......when I saved the file from my power commander FC on my bike to my computer; it only saves as a .dvm file?

I just got off the phone with Dynojet, and they have no way of converting a .dvm file to a .pvm file. The .dvm file works no problem in the PCFC or the PCV. But for some dumb reason (which Dynojet help person couldn't tell me why) there is no way to convert the file!?!
I would upload it no problem, but this site won't allow it?

We've had a number of screenshots, png, jpg, and such posted, but I can't think of anybody trying to post an actual Power Commander map.

Paging Mr. AvGeek to the white courtesy phone. Paging Mr. AvGeek to the white courtesy phone. Oh Mr. AvGeek . . .

[I pm'd him your question so he should be able to chime in when able.]

Thank You, Checkwrecks! You are seriously helpful and I appreciate it! Here is a post where someone attached their .pvm file to their post. There are a couple of others. http://www.yamahasupertenere.com/index.php?topic=5400.0

If anyone wants the map I got from my dyno and tune yesterday, PM me. This was on my 2015 non ES modified airbox with UNI filter, OEM headers/collectors with catalytic convertor cut out, Delkevic Slip-on.
The file I'll send will work on Power Commander FC and PCV even though it shows .dvm file format.

Venture would have to add the dvm file as an allowed type, as he is the only one with Admin access to the board. Of course, it could be something as simple as changing the file extension from dvm to pvm. Just make a copy of the original file, change the extension, then upload it here and see if someone else can download it, change the extension back, and have it work...

Here goes the first test with that. For anyone who downloads this; right click...then "rename file"....then delete the ".pvm"
Should be "newest.dvm"

Well.......that was easy! Thank Y'all!
