I have narrowed my search down to three seat options and if anyone has experience in these please let me know.
I am looking at either the Seat Concepts foam kit, Touratech Comfort Seat, or the Sergeant Seat. I am not interested in a RDL or anything that shape. I have done 1200km weekend rides and the stock seat is bearable but I want better than bearable.

Also, if anyone knows where to get any of these IN Canada please let me know. ( I know you can get the seat concepts kits from mx1canada but can't find the sergeant or touratech seats as I prefer not to pay expensive international shipping from the US.

Thanks a lot in advance!!!

I have Touratech standard size seat and can confirm that it is much better than the stock seat. 6-700 km per day is no probmlems.

I had to replace the stock seat due to it having been beaten up by the previous owner and the stitching was burst all around. I went and tried the 2 version Saddlemen has for the S10 and decided the one with the center channel (Adventure Track) was the best fit for my butt.

I guess it’s my ass shape but, I find the stock seat good for 1000 mile days. ?
Stock seat gave me ~90 minutes of pleasurable riding before feeling pressure points. With the Saddlemen I've ridden from pump to pump and barely felt any discomfort. I'm ~300lbs so there is a good amount of pressure on my behind and had the same problem with my previous bike and seat. I had a 2018 CB650F, stock seat gave me 40 minutes at best without having to stop or stand on the pegs, so went with the Bagster seat, which gave me ~90 minutes, the best on that bike i could get. With the S10, I'm in heaven!

does anyone happen to know if the touratech seat Is softer than the sergeant? also if it is the same width? from all the pictures I have seen of the touratech it looks to be about the same width as stock and the sergeant seems wider. Hopefully someone can prove me wrong. Pics would be awesome if anyone has any of the seat concepts, touratech, or sergeant.

Im really banking on this site to help me out with the purchase. I am 165lbs, 5'9".

For that Touratech seat, is that the comfort seat? How is the waterproofness of the seat? I'd contacted Touratech a couple of months ago and they confirmed they no longer offer their Ride Dri or whatever it was called for the Super Tenere. They still do the Comfort Seats but they get them made one a case by case basis with a bit of a lead time from Germany.

I'm still dithering on a seat to choose. I need some waterproofing as I always have a point where the bike is out in the rain. I should probably just buy a showercap made for a gorilla and move on with life.

Thanks,
Eville Rich

So far I haven't heard great things about the sergeant seat. I had one once on my Kawasaki Versys and it was only slightly better than stock but the foam was horrible as it transferred a LOT of shock up my spine from rough roads leading to back pain.

I think I am narrowing it to the Touratech or the Saddlemen adventure tour.
