Hi I have had a deposit with Terry's Seats in Manchester, TN for a few years, and I sent him two seats to shape and recover. He got sick and took some time off, so we shelved the mods since it was winter last year. Last February, he said he was back at it so I sent a bunch of photos. I told him I was happy to pay for shipping for my seats back to Canada, but please let me know if he could not proceed. He said he was eager to finish my order, and he for sure would be in touch.

The last I talked to him was March 2022, and got an auto reply in the summer. Then nothing. I sent a few emails over the summer and fall, left some voicemails, left messages through his website which is still up and running, filled out forms on Facebook, and had no response, so I was fearful for the worst. I finally figured out this winter that he passed away. Well now I can not get ahold of Debi Adcox or anyone. Facebook, website, cell phone, nothing. I printed off 20 pages of emails and sent a registered letter to his last known address. My letter has been sitting at the US Post since Jan 27, and it said a card was left. It needs a signature, so I assume this means that she moved on, or something.
Does anyone in Tennessee know who to contact or what happened to all the seats he was sitting on? I feel bad the guy passed away, but there has to be some plan for the seat business. He has my goldwing and a super tenere seat, plus a 100 dollar deposit. I am happy to eat the deposit if someone from the family/estate can ship my seats back.
Does anyone have any information on the family or who might have bought his seat business, or did they just dump everything on EBay without going through existing orders? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
