Amazed that some on here reckon the OE grips don’t get hot enough. Been using mine today. Two strips is just a bit too hot, but one you can hardly notice, so having read on here about the adjustments available I’ve now set them at 2, 4, and 6 respectively, instead of 1,5,10. Not sure when I’ll get to try them again though.

Same here. I use three strips to get warm, and then back it off to stay warm. 'Cuz, full power . . . . will fry my bacon, even with gloves. I should probably set mine like your.
