You might have to fab something up. Get some metal strapping or bracketry from one of the big box stores. Paint to suit.

What are Harbor Freight lights? Are they pods or a bar? There are a few makers of mounts to fit 1" crash bars for the pods, PIAA is one.

E1711C28-8774-4DD7-A0F2-CB231AE0B279.jpegI mounted vision x lights to my givi crash bars. They are floods and are bright. I seen the Harbor Freight pods and they were inexpensive enough that I wanted to try a spot on one side and a flood on the other. They have the same plug as my my vision x lights.

The harbor freight spot is not quite as bright as the vision x. But I really like the flood spot combo.

The harbor freight spot is holding up fine so far. I used piaa tube light mounts and they have worked great.

Future plans include mounting a 8” bar under my headlights that come on with my brights.

what color are those when turned on and how many lumens ?
They say they're 6K (bright white), and claim 12,800 lumens. They're also a spot/flood combo. I DO know they are very bright, and improve visibility. I figured, for the price, I couldn't go wrong. I currently have them on my Jeep, as a test platform, but they are small enough to be used on the bike.

Im interested in getting the harbor freight lights. What are yall using as mounts?
If you have crash bars, I've had really good results with KC Highlites mounts. Reasonably priced and tough. Fiber reinforced plastic. They don't move position after you mount them. You want the 7/8"-1" size. There is a rubber strip to use on the 7/8" bars. On 1"/25mm bars you don't need the strip. LINK Some vendors sell these in pairs, others individually, so make sure you know what you're ordering.

I have no regrets getting my Baja Design lights. You really do get what you pay for. OTOH, those Harbor Freight and Amazon pods are a fantastic value. It's really nice to have so many choices from budget to high end.

My new cheap pods replaced my expensive Warn 6" halogens. The Warn lights were remote control, so no wires into the cab. So, I just replaced the lights themselves, and kept the remote control. The new pods are waaaay brighter.

I got brackets and went to harbor freight for lights. They had the flood but were sold out of the spots. I will have to go back for it next week. Did yall use the hf wiring harness? I was going to pick it up tomorrow.

Also they have a coupon for $19.99 each right now.

I used vision x’s harness. They use a separate relay for each lite. The switch was not waterproof and failed after a few washes. I rewired with a more watertight switch. I also modified -shortened the harness significantly.

Got them installed today. It was a pain having to cut the harness down in length and resolder everything but otherwise fairly straight forward. For $70 including mounts, you cant beat it.
I shipped my ecu off today for a flash and wired the lights and my gps to the battery while it apart.
