After waiting for a month, new skins have arrived for my son and I. We both ride Super Tenere's and tomorrow we're having Motoz Tractionator GPS tires mounted. I've gone through three sets of the OEM Bridgestone Battlewing's and I rate them superb on any solid surface, wet or dry. However, they leave much to be desired on loose gravel or mud.

We selected the Motoz tires because of the stellar reviews from multiple sources and for the intended use. We have ridden every paved road on Cape Breton Island multiple times in both directions. It is still very enjoyable but we all desire new vistas and challenges, don't we? The number of gravel and dirt roads on our little island easily out number paved roads three to one and I am very excited to begin exploring all of these back roads with my son.

Expect a review on the Motoz tires after we spend some time on them.

Cape Breton looks like a nice place.....had to look it up where it was.
NZ looks absolutely amazing and I would love to ride it.
The land masses of Nova Scotia and New Zealand appear so similar I think they are twins who are half a world away from each other.

UPDATE;
I am extremely satisfied with the Motos Tractionator GPS tires. With just over 500 km's and most of that on gravel roads (many abandoned and ignored for repair), I can say that they are confidence building for someone with next to zero dirt experience.
On the rare occasion I took the OEM Battlewings off of the pavement I recall spending much of the time clenching my sphincter. Scanning ahead for loose gravel to avoid was all I had time for, not enjoyable when you're constantly worried about the front tire washing out.
These 50/50 rated tires have changed that for me. Now I can concentrate on where I want to place the bike and not where I think it's going to end up. I can purposefully aim for loose gravel with the front wheel and not feel like it is going to let me down.
They have opened up a new world for me to explore and I don't think I would miss it if I never saw a paved surface again, LOL!
Regards,
Rick James

Oddly enough, "down under" seems to be about the only region they don't go to. The biggest surprise was that Wendy's is the parent company; home of the square hamburger.
Nope, not for the last 14 or 15 years - a Canadian company brought it back to Canada for a while and then Timmies got scooped up by Burger King arounnnnnnd 2014? ish?
