This is the primary reason for choosing Givi. I am still using the keys that came with the bags, but am going to look at using the cylinders that came with the bike.

All in all, so far pretty happy with the racks. And I like the green/red indicators for the 2 latches. I am thinking I still make get a set of Mosko's for travel. For commute duty, having a hard bag that can swallow a helmet is mandatory.

Where did you buy your GIVI cases and what did you have to buy rack wise to get them mounted.
thanks,

From twisted throttle, and here's my bill. I am still using the 2 locks that came with the cases. I might return the 3 lock set and try to use the cylinders that came with the S-ten. Just don't have the time in the shop to play.

BTW, FWIW, I am pretty happy with the value so far. From everything I've seen I am very happy I went with Givi instead of OEM. And really enjoy being back to the land of side cases in this fall weather. You know, the gear you wear in the morning to work is different than home from work.

The best point of the OEM bags are they're narrow so they work great for lane-splitting. The worst point for me is that they don't open if you have a normal size top box on the bike. Yamaha should've made the lids lift off instead of being hinged on one end.
