I have lost a bit of weight. I have a nice pair of Diamond Gusset Kevlar jeans. They have only been worn 3 or 4 times. My last pair lasted over 15 years. I still use them to change the oil or do dirty jobs. They have a tear in them above the right knee.

These are 38 inch waist and 32 inch leg. I am now a 32 If you can believe it or not. At any rate these have a ton of life left in them and are free to a good forum memer.

I'm on the way back down through 38 from *higher*. "Eat less. Exercise more. How hard can that be?", they said.

I agree with @SilverBullet. But I do use a food tracking app that helps, and I weigh myself every morning. When I recognized that I ate to relieve stress, and to celebrate success (no matter how small), and to *insert lame justification here*, I started to focus. It's a decision I have to make every day. There are times that the thought of seeing two days of .2 lbs loss in a row is sufficient motivation. Other days, I screw up completely. It is not a one day trial. So far, 13 lbs since last November and I'm back to 38 pants.

I'm with y'all. My response to Banditryder was just me being a smart ass. I'm at the point now, that my diet/exercise is on auto pilot. I wear a 40/42 depending on what it is. But, if any of y'all are exercising with weights, forget about the scale. You're going to gain weight. Your clothes will tell the truth. As your weight goes up, your clothes will get looser.

Didn't take it that way at all, Sierra1. I've had days of autopilot. That's a great feeling! And the rowing machine helps. Catching up on long ago TV series takes your mind off the effort and gives 23-42 minutes of exercise.
