When I clicked on this thread I thought it was going to be all pizza and burgers. Wow, that's some nice stuff you are cooking up.:)
Thanks, join on it and show us something you enjoy.

Gotta love them mouseheads [brussel sprouts]
I couldn’t stand eating brussel sprouts as all I had ever eaten were the frozen kind. I tried some fresh ones and it was like a whole new experience.

Try baking them. Gives them a nutty flavor. Cut in half, a little olive oil and if you want a touch of salt, then bake at 350 until they start to brown up or caramelize and you're done. That's the only way I can get my wife to eat them. I love them any way I cook them.

AND add some chopped up bacon, everything is better with bacon.....

Ribs made in the Insta Pot and finished in the broiler and scalloped potatoes. Even have a vegetable there.
Nice! Looks tasty.

Chef salad for lunch today. Chicken, ham the usual suspects and a little parmesan mix cheese. Wife is not a tomato fan, so skipped that, but hit it with a few french fried onion bits and croutons for some texture.

Dinner tonight - Broccoli Beef over steamed rice. A nice hit of pepper flakes and brown sugar to amp it up a little.

I've been remiss in not posting more to this thread. We had another great BBQ chicken pizza the other night with pulled chicken mixed with Head Country Apple Habanero sauce and smoked gouda cheese mixed with mozzarella, green and red onions and just a bit more sauce on top.

Tonight we re-visited an old favorite, Pork Satay over saffron rice. Simple recipe with Mr Yoshida's Teriyaki sauce and peanut butter, (extra chunky Jif for us). Some other Mr Yoshida's recipes LINK

It could be that this handsome gentleman from my backyard was invited to a plate of sweet and sour peppers and onions. Backstrap marinated in Evo, salt & pepper, and thyme then skillet baisted in butter and rosemary.

Jamaican goat stew (the package may have said deer steak tips. I'm old and easily confused), made from scratch stone ground meal cornbread, and a heritage strain of stewed Wealthy apples in the own juices with brown sugar, cinnamon and a pat of butter. I'm gonna make Spkldoe a good wife one of these days. :D

Instant pot shoulder o' Bucky then pulled and slow cooked chili featuring shell beans from the garden.

A different batch, but similar.

Some good looking meals Spklbuk. Thanks for sharing! Is that a Forgecraft knife with Mr. Bucky's lean meat?

Looking at keeping it simple today, probably bacon cheeseburgers for lunch and Taquitos and salad for dinner. (Taquitos are already made and frozen, so an easy oven meal during SuperBowl watching.)

Knife is a handed down over at least 3 generations Ol' Hickory.

Super bowl main doings still up in the air here but set some cream cheese jello with pecans and backyard raspberries for dessert!

Great thread idea sir.

Back when things were made to last. Our similar style Forgecraft knives are two generations old now.

Hopefully this thread will inspire others to share and try new things. I do miss having a large garden/yard with fruit trees, etc. Great that you are enjoying your natural pantry!
