Florida Check-In

I’ve noticed a couple other regions with member “check-in” threads and thought it might be a good idea for us Florida riders too. I don’t think everyone is on the member map, and I’m pretty sure there are some Florida members on the map that backed out of the PDP. New or potential Florida-based members may be interested in who’s local. Perhaps you might need to contact a member close by for something or maybe we’ll get together for some rides or a rally one of these days. It would probably be helpful to have a list.

So how about a check in list and I’ll update it from time to time? I’ve been keeping track and here’s who I have as members so far.

Are you going to the XROG East Coast Meet next May in Waynesville, NC? I don't have my XR anymore, but I'm still going.

We had a great time at the races. It was the first time my son went on an overnight trip with me. Then we rode all day Sunday.

The FGT in February lost its lead guy to a new job. Another guy who rides a V4 Magna has taken over, so I’m hoping he keeps it on track.

I was down at Barney's in Brandon yesterday looking at a used V-Strom they just got in as a possible bike for my son. Anyway, turns out it was a trade on a Super Tenere. So we've got another Florida Tenere around here someplace. Hopefully, she'll show up here soon.

Purchased from cycle sports center in orlando,will be riding north carolina,georgia,and tennesse as well as the best florida roads we can find.......Rick
