Her are the before and after exhaust sound after the DB killer is removed.

Would like to post here for you guys.

Before - Stock

After - Removed DB Killer

oh boy that bark is ferocious. and I love it.

I need to remove the turn signal indicator and convert it to tail tidy solution to avoid "frying"

"The sound" is better than any slip on, ... on the market. The 3x3.5-inch hole ... makes the exhaust sound thick, but only in the torque curve ... then it doesn't even bother. Backfires? .... yes ... but it's nice to move it from below (1500 tr / m) in fourth gear

yesterday, I have cut the mesh part from the DB killer (with angle grinder) and put back into the exhaust.

it sounds better than stock, but lower than complete removal. but retained stock look. Just FYI

Sounds super throaty without DB killer.

With modified DB killer inside, the sound is in between stock and no DB killer.

What you guys are removing isn't a "decibel killer" but the spark arrestor and it is CRITICAL for not lighting our forests on fire. If you want to enlarge it as some have done fine but please replace the screen which is the actual "arrestor" part. Here https://www.fs.fed.us/eng/pubs/html/03511304/03511304.htm is a little info for you. Hugh fine if you ever get checked off-road and they find it removed but the threat of a fine shouldn't be the motivating factor here. If you only ride on the street then fine; there are plenty of guys shooting out flames with a decat and a can.

No flames coming from this exhaust. The cat converter is still in there, hence no flames IMO.

By the way, I am not going to woods with this motorcycle.

It's actually not the lack of spark arrester but the glowing hot head pipe that is a fire concern. I will tell you it is not smart to remove the spark arrester though. The fines, risk of bike impound, and arrest are too great.
