I purchased my bike a year ago in at Romey Cycles in WV. I rode the bike back to Florida with my wife over 7 days. During that ride I was able to adjust the soft, normal, and hard setting and the setting from -3 to + 3 settings while moving no problem. I was able to do those adjustments while moving until about a month ago. I now have 10k in mileage. So I decided to read the owners manual. The owners manual states I should not be moving while making any suspension settings. Can you guys with the ES bikes chime in on whether or not you are able to adjust those setting while moving. Thanks

You can adjust the damping between soft standard and hard while moving. The "fine tuning" each of those settings from +3 to -3 is done when stopped. The pre-load (1up, 1up with luggage, 2up & 2up with luggage) must be done while stopped with the motor running. The pre-load should only be set with no one on the bike and preferably on the center stand. Each pre-load setting can have custom damping settings.
