Does anyone know if Denali Aux light mount works with the Alt Rider upper crash bars? I dont want to order a 52 dollar mount and have it not work, Ive searched high and low! I would prefer the mount over mounting them to my crash bars if possible.

Awesome thanks, mounting them on the crash bars it is! I appreciate the response!

mount your lights on the upper crossbar , looks like you could hang 4 lights there or a light bar in that space.
Im looking at getting the Denali D4 and they should both fit in there haha! Thanks!

Hi Rob

Without any crash bars - any idea on how the Denali bracket fits?

Thanks
Nick

the denali light bar fits under the headlight, under the headlight the plastic support for the headlight and screen has 4 holes in it, actually its where yamaha fit there 2 big oem spots.
so the denali light bar is made to bolt to those 4 holes prefectly, then it curves lovelt to go past eackh side fairing to fit a spot each side

Does anyone know if the plastic trim under the headlight of a gen 2 will go back on with that Denali light bracket please?

hi rob,

it,ll go back on with the denali light bar but you,ll have to trim the outer edges so it,ll sit around the edge of the light bar easy enough you won,t see where you trimmed it anyway

Cheers Rob, did I see a while back that you got one of those trims for your gen1, don't suppose you have a picture do you?

hi rob,

i had a denalii bar fitted to mine sold it to fac191 i have one of those plastic covers now on my gen 1 the denli light bar will fit under it
if you look at picture you can see the plastic trim the white pencil in picture is where the denli bar would come out of both sides you may be lucky and not have to trim it but you may need to trim it ever so slighty

the denali light bar would not fit with the new altrider upper bars just to tight, so i took the bar off sold it to fac191 and mounted a light bar to the crash bar, i have that plastic bracket on my gen 1 nice only £11.88 new. anyway just took a picture off that plastic piece the white pencil is where the denali bar would come out from behind the trim same both side as you can see there is a gap it may be ok it may need a fraction off it but no big deal

Thanks for the replies and phone number Rob, I'll give it a go as it looks like it will work - I don't mind modding it a bit now that you've confirmed it will go on, just didn't want to get the light bar and have to leave of the plastic trim off.
