I Usually add a slip on to my bikes, not really for performance and sound but its cheap weight savings. My question is to the guys who have these exhaust systems is could the exhaust be angled up more and get a muffle shop or whoever make you up a 90 degree elbow to angle the hot exhaust away from the signals so it doesn't melt them??

Don't know why not. I was thinking of doing something like that but finally decided it looked fine as is. No plans to change anything on mine.

I looked at their website and I don't see anything about a USFS approved spark arrestor. Can you confirm if it does or does not have an arrestor?

I have a Delkovic 450mm slip on fitted for just under 12mths, no problems heat and the indicator. This includes with the pannier fitted; did add an extra exhaust clamp at the tip of the pipe - just for additional support. Have recently added a small heat shield as I now use a soft bag instead of panniers & top box and the soft bag comes very close to the exhaust. I'll post an image shortly
