Riders Plus in 2018/2019.
Would like to see that and I highly doubt it would stand up in court in the USA too many millions of miles ridden in car tires, with DOT #s on a tire not much they can say. NM that's some Canadian BS fortunately we have gone that socialist yet here but who knows how long that will last.

After 10 minutes of googling I still can find no mention of it not being covered specifically in any country by any company.

We've beat this to death in previous threads. A lot of people have run a LOT of car tires and I defy anybody to find one that "peeled off." The only caveat is to make sure the pressure stays up, but that is true of any tire.

Two of the previous threads:
Actual experience: https://www.yamahasupertenere.com/index.php?threads/car-tire-thread-for-experience-not-debate.16305/

This thread is speculation and arguments with the difference in rims shown in Post #76:

Interesting that he says after 10 minutes I could hardly feel a difference and 2 minutes later he said it handles like shit.... which is it? Should try less air pressure.

Do you think I could fit an FJR rear wheel to open up the car tire options? I'm sure the weird cush drive plate from the Tenere won't play well with the FJR splines and stuff, but for those who've had both and had the wheels off... what do you think?

I would love to hear that it can be done but after owning both and just looking at photos, think the FJR hub is going to be wider.

You'd still have to alter/replace the caliper brace. It's very close to the OE sized tires.
