Good move. I sold my Gen I S10 to get an Africa Twin DCT in 2016. Thought the tranny would make my long commute through the city easier. That it did, but for fun riding it rarely shifted when I would have, so I left it in manual mode most of the time.
Lots of problems with that bike. The DCT broke as well as the fuel pump, idle control valve and headlight switch. It also suffered from intermittent stalling, which Honda couldn't fix. Got rid of the bike after Honda told me the stalling was a "characteristic of big twins" and picked up a Gen II S10, which has been trouble free. Hope you have better luck with yours!
