Cabot Trail And Meat Cove

Did the Cabot trail and upto Meat Cove . Stunning views

Friend and I were down June 9/10th. No traffic, hardly any tourists or campers. It was a great ride with perfect weather. I wanted to get there before school was out and it got busy.

Never gets old.. Never done it his early in the year. Traffic was light weather was awesome.

Have they rebuilt their bath facilities yet?

I have no idea on facilities at Meat cove campground. We were just up for a drive in the morning before we completed doing the trail.

The Chowder hut was not open when we were there. No campers, everything still roped off. There was one motorhome in the parking lot but it looked like they had just pulled in that morning . Nobody staying there when we visited.

Cold spring up here meant hardly anyone in the National park and hardly any traffic which was nice. Probably much busier this week.

Great pictures, I have wanted to get to the east coast for a while, but so far I have not managed it.

Chowder house was getting ready to open the day we were there.. We camped in Cheticamp Meat cove wasn't open yet.
