I'll be heading up to Webster, NY this weekend to pick up some Bumot panniers from Jason at advmotorrad.com. Unfortunately, i wont be on the Tenere and wont be able to check fitment. I have a Storm iM2600 (21.20" x 16.00" x 8.30") case bolted to an Altrider rear rack. Wondering if the panniers will hit the storm case or not? Does anyone have a similar setup? If not, i'll probably pick up the Bumot rear rack and case as well.

I don't have a Storm 2600 mounted, but do have one laying in the shop. I have to finish putting the wife's car back together, and if I remember I will check fitup.

I can tell you that a Givi Tech E55 will not work with the panniers. Lids hit. But, I do have the Bumot top box and it works very well hauling a TON of stuff in combination with the panniers.

I forgot. Sorry. Was stressed about getting the car back together and not lunching the motor after swapping out VVT cam sprocket. Went well though.

I'll make myself a note, as I am working on bikes this afternoon after work.

I really doubt it'll fit and allow the pannier lids to open. I just measured my Bumot cases and 18" is about the width between the lids you have to work with.

I know for a fact my Givi E45 is too wide which is about 22".

It's a no go. Unless, you raise the case up from the rack for clearance. That will have secondary effects on CG. And to be clear, this is smaller than a 2600. I bought it from Twisted Throttle a couple years ago and forget the size. They rebadge, so it's a mystery without researching.

You could turn it and remount longitudinally, but that will reduce the pillion room or increase the rear overhang quite a bit. That was the intention of this case. Mount longitudinally for competitive Rally use on the C10.
