Just purchased a new 18 ST and so far these are my pannier choice. I've read the posts on these but wanted to see if anyone had additional feedback updates.
There seems to be a potential issue of fitment onto the Brooks racks. One post mentioned the bags nearly coming off the bike.
Can they be more securely mounted with the Brooks racks?
Thanks.

Th price on these just bumped $400 to $1100. Not such a great deal anymore. Chinese tariff?

I've had no problems with my Brooks Panniers, and there's no sign of the mounting pucks on mine being a weak link in the design.

Price is back down to $750 or so for the complete setup.

Good to know. Thanks for the update. Since this is a super new update on the Brooks Panniers do you mind a few pictures, some closeup, lids open, inside panniers, just the racks on bike. The approximate size of them. At your leisure of course. I'm apologizing ahead of time for being a pain in the ass. Don't see to many of these panniers on our bikes and wanted some on the bike pictures with your thoughts and ease or not ease if use. Thank you in advance.

Wow!!! Thank you so much for the pictures. I couldn't have asked for better shots on how they look, mount and hold stuff. Your time for doing this is greatly appreciated.

is the left pannier smaller capacity? I noticed on another thread about the brooks system some guy mentioned that he would have to get rid of the rear grab handles but that doesnt seem to be the case on your setup. I am hoping you can cast some light ion this issue. Is it possible to get a photo of both rears to see the offset for the pipe? Also how robust have they been when loaded off road? thanks for your time.

Yes, the left is smaller in order to provide consistent overall width when allowing for the exhaust. You could order two of the larger size if you didn't mind being lopsided. No need to remove the grab handles, just use longer bolts to accommodate the mounts. I think it came with the longer bolts.

There really isn't any especially gnarly terrain here in the Mid West - it's known for being flat and muddy. Gravel roads are all it ever sees around here.

Cheers I appreciate your input. I currently am running the stock boxes but am planning on upgrading in the future

I knew I was a good boy this year!! Santa came through, even though he was a little late. Haha. Got these yesterday and mounted them up. Thank you Kevin for posting up pictures of these cases.

Came tightly packaged. Clean, no scratches, dings or dents. 2 keys and yellow reflective tape were also included.

Offset cases to keep the width the same.

They barely stick out further than the handlebars and hand guards.

Nicely constructed for the price

Lids open in both directions or you can take them completely off.

Thank you very much. It looks so much cleaner than the Home Depot Rigid tool box I had on there before. I had just purchased the bike and was on a budget so the cases had to wait. It served its purpose.

They were as nicely packaged as the panniers. No instructions but it's a straightforward install. I did go to hardware store to buy longer metric bolts so the passenger grab handles can still be used. ( I forgot the the size and pitch at the moment) Keep in mind that the handles need to be offset, (at least that's what I found I had to do in order for the right side case to open and clear the handle) I will post better pictures if anyone is interested.
