My measuring tape agrees with Tenman's. 11in.

The 22" madstad is smaller/shorter than the puig touring screen, but the airflow is cleaner and I can easily adjust the 22" madstad to my liking. I am 6'1", but most of my height is in my legs.

I was able to get the winglets before I acquired the madstad bracket. I found a very noticeable improvement in airflow with the winglets alone. They also help keep rain spray off you. My first big trip I had to ride a lot in the rain and you could see a lot of the rain rolling off the bottom and getting deflected away. I also painted my winglets flat black to get rid of the sun glare of them.

Thanks for the quick replies. The reason I asked was that when I asked Blair from Madstad what this dimension was on the 24" windscreen, he said it was 16". The dimension you both gave me tells me that his dimension of 16" cannot be correct. The GIVI windscreen that is on my bike was originally 22" but the previous owner cut off 2". The dimension from the top screw to the top is now 10". I want one that is around 13-14". He was going to double check his dimension and get back with me. I am 6'2" with a inseam of 34" and have a Russell seat in the high position. Again, thanks for your help.

Madstad 22". 11" top screw to top of windshield
I have a 17’ S10. I have been using the stock screen with the MRA Touring attachment on it. Works pretty well but was thinking about trying a Madstad again. I had one on my Triumph Explorer and it was okay. The question I have is your height and do you have to look through the screen when it is all the way down using the Madstad bracket with the 22” screen? I am 5’11” and I am trying to get a wider slightly taller screen for my wife. Thanks JW

I have the Madstad 22” screen. I am 5’11 ish. I can look over the screen in the lowest setting. I generally run the screen so I can just look over the top of the screen.
