OK, finally got all my pieces back from the coaters... Had the rear pegs and skid plate plastic coated and then added the 2013 exhaust cover.
The decal is from the World Crosser decal pack (Yam Canada).

The Russell Day Long came last week... Best seat I've ever owned. I can see doing some 500 - 800 mile days now!

Put some cheapy Highway pegs on the crash bars... Painted them black. They'll be OK but I don't think they'll last too long.

Power Bronze shorty screen added for the summer - Not too sure about this yet.

Added a small, Nelson Rigg tail bag and the Fuel pack... Should work out good for an overnight / two day trip without having the weight of the panniers.

Nice , like the covers. I notice a real difference in handling without the side cases, so the tail bag is a great idea.

Missed a bit - big foot. looks good though
I'd thought about doing the foot on the side stand, but it'll just get scratched up on the bottom with use and probably from my boot putting it down every time, so decided it would stay "natural!"
It goes with the gear changer anyway! :p

Looks good. Better looking than most RDL I have seen. It looks more streamline, not like the lazy-boy recliner look I'v seen on in some of their seats.

THANKS....

Thanks.
Decided on the "half moon" shape. I think it works with the bikes lines.
Also, I think you need as little amount of seams as you can, where you are sitting as I think they would add to the discomfort.
This style is working out great for me so far.

Be cautious with the sw motec skid plate. I would not venture past a groomed dirt road. They attach to the bottom of the case and we have had a few broken, from hard hits.
