Is anyone able to access the autocom e-commerce section of the website? I need to get a new cable, but haven't been able to reach the ordering page. They aren't responding to emails either.

There's no active dealers in the US to contact. Any over-the-pond guys have any details?

Are they still in business? I used autocomplete systems many, many years ago, they where excellent for their time, but I thought Sena and Cardo had put them out of business ? Can’t help you with contacting them, just amazed to hear that people are still using their products, just shows how reliable they were!!

I don't know what the cable number is. I'd rather buy from straight from the source, unless they are closed for good...

They were in business when I bought a SPA-2 for my s10, two years ago. I often ride longer than any of the Bluetooth systems can handle, and I rarely ride in a group. I like having music and navigation prompts, and the SPA-2 fit the bill.

I'm having zero luck reaching anyone. I can access the main UK website, but can't get to their e-commerce page. I'm looking to see if anyone else is able to access it, or if they are closed for good.

Thanks for the assist! I owe you a beer.

Guess I'll have to settle for ebay, or make my own cable :|

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your email.

Whilst we are unable to confirm if Autocom have dissolved, we did cease trading with them approximately a year ago because of supply issues.
Kind Regards

When they moved into Bluetooth systems, as well as wired, I thought they'd survive. It's a shame. They made good kit.

I’ve got a whole box of various Starcom1 systems, cables, headsets and accessories. Starcom bought out Autocom a few years back. Don’t know if any of the parts or cables are interchangeable. Free for the cost of postage.
