Maybe the US importer has changed and they are temporarily unavailable in the US, but they are still making them... http://www.arrow.it/en/assembled/1023, and have a look at eBay.it or eBay.co.uk for 72095pd, you maybe able to get one shipped to you. I bought mine from Italy via eBay.

I ended up ordering one through solomotoparts at a good price, but I'm interested to see if it actually gets filled.

Side note: I'm also looking for a PowerCommander V and Rockymountain ATV said they're discontinued for the Super Tenere when I used their customer service chat. I did find one for sale elsewhere.

I ordered my full arrow exhaust yesterday from EM LINEAMOTO. Revzilla had a huge sale on them and now state that they are no longer going to carry the item.

I ordered my arrow components directly from an arrow distributor, right here in the GTA area. He said that it's no problem getting the header or the slip on, bu they are individually ordered and manufactured and shipped out to the distributor. I ordered mine and its being made and shipped out to me very shortly! The same can be said for the headers. You just need to wait a month because they are made in Italy

They're very nicely done. It's too bad we must bury them amongst our bash-proofing hardware and not get to enjoy the eye-candy of it all.

Italy is an amazing manufacturing culture.

Again, call your ARROW Distributor in the city closest to you, and ASK them to source a set for you. Most places are not going to keep STOCK of these components. I ordered my Arrow components from Eurocorsica here in Canada and they even supply parts to other US distributors who cannot source them. My Arrow parts literally had to be ordered, manufactured and shipped to me straight from Italy to get them. Go to Arrow's website, locate closest distributor and call! For sure you will get your answer ::021::

Guys,
On eBay I see multiple offers for the headers but in some (not all) of those adds they make a difference between the various years the S10 was built (2010-2013 and 2014-2016).
Is this something you have to watch out for when you order the headers or is this just an "add thing" and are the headers a one-size-fits-all?

I know someone who fitted a Gen 1 exhaust to his Gen 2 Tenere. He wanted the smaller catalyst in order to fit a particular bash plate. If a gen 1 exhaust will fit either generation, I would expect that the Arrow exhausts are the same too?

I recently fitted a set of Arrow headers to my Gen1,although they also came from a Gen1 i really can't see what the difference would be between Gen1 or Gen2,the physical size of the engine has not changed and i can't see the rear mounting point being in a different position between Gen's.

So we all are pretty certain that the headers fit all the S10's as we now know them (2010-2016).

Pretty certain is however not the same as knowing for sure ;) so I asked Arrow the same question via a contactform on their website.
Today I received the following answer.

Quote
Good morning Mr. Hans,
these codes: DP01 var.I ver.i/ii/iii - DP04 var. A ver. 01/02/03/04/05/05/07/08/10 are the versions of the motorbike and our exhaust system is homologated for all of those versions.
You should check in your motorbike documentation, if you have a DP01 or DP04 is the same thing for our products, it’s just to know what models are homologated; for examples if in your documentation you have a DP03, our exhaust system is not homologated for that kind of engine.

The correct code for your bike is 72095PD for racing collectors.
Feel free to contact us back for any other information
Best regards

In other words: The 72095PD racing collector fits all S10's and the collector is homologated on the S10's as long as the code DP01 or DP04 is part of the VIN Id.

So I wonder if the headers actually don't fit a DP03 engine or if they have just not had the opportunity to try it. Without trying it, i.e. no data, as a manufacturer they are wise to refrain from listing it as a fitmet.

Hi Jef.

There appear to be no S10's with DP02 or DP03 in their VIN. That is: not that I could find (google).
All the info I found shows that all the Gen1's are "DP01" bikes and all the Gen2's have DP04 in their VIN.

They fit either Gen 1 or Gen 2. I took the Arrow Headers off my 2012 and put them on my 2014. No issues whatsoever. In fact, they give the Gen2 more ground clearance because the Cat converter is bigger on the Gen2, so, if you want an extra inch of ground clearance, you can use a Gen1 skid plate on the Gen2.
