I haven't. But, I haven't had any luggage attached or had a passenger at those speeds. I also run 90/10 tires. I've had mine to 138mph, and accelerating....it was smooth/stable enough that I didn't realize that I had attained that speed. That, and the fact that I never anticipated the bike being able to reach such speeds. Tires and weight are going to determine your speed & stability. (don't worry about leading me into temptation, I can find it all by myself.)

I'm Bad, I'm Nationwide.
I run the stock bridgestone's. Ive had it at 100+ for over 2 hours at a time several times. 136 indicated for short stints, and no complaints. Heck I blew a rear at over 100 and stayed upright.

90~95 or so you do feel the front get a bit lighter if you are really paying attention, but not dangerous or uncomfortable, but I do take note of it most days on my way to and from work.

Wow quite a few riders claiming there Tenere’s have done over 130 mph ! I really don’t think that’s possible.
In my opinion A little over 120 is about it, in decent conditions it can handle that speed fully loaded just fine.
134mph on the clock for me, showed 120mph on the sat nav

I didn't think it was either.....until I did it; it was also an unplanned event. I understand that there will be speedo error, but, when I backed off at 138 she was still pulling well; causing me to believe that 140 was easily withiin reach. And the added fact that my son was on the FJR, and advised that he was having trouble catching up.

You're in Bangkok? Maximum speed limit on some motorways is only 120 kph. Fines are 500-1,000 Baht, ($16-33 USD!) more or less random, depending on the area and officer or camera. So basically no one cares if you speed excessively except the other drivers/riders.

Honestly, you may need a different bike to keep up with traffic flow. The only instability on the Super Ten is if you're running bags and top box w/o passenger or gear on the pillion seat. Or have loose steering head bearings. Or have a badly worn/cupped front tire.

@Sierra1 - Your son might have been having trouble, but the FJR wasn't. It will do an honest 150 mph, some a bit more. GPS verified, not speedo. I haven't taken the Gen II S10 up to FJR Nominal to see if it will go there. Not worth the hassle in the Snowflake world we live in now, especially in the East.

HA!! Agreed. I think his point was that normally the FJR overtakes most bikes with ease; he feels that the Tenere is quicker 0-30, than the FJR. I've seen a speedo indicated 157 on the FJR, so a GPS verified 150 makes sense. Our toll road is about the only place that's "safe" to reach such speeds, and even then....not often.
