as above the red sw motech bars were sold to a guy 5 yrs after they had been powder coated the guy fitted them to a 2020 bike
here they are nearly 6 yrs after they,d been done on the bike i sold them to
And that is what I would expect from a high end powder coat applied to a well prep'd surface and fully cured.

I really do like the color. Bright chromatic red. Too many of them have been "dirtied" to get cost out of them *S*

no the red altrider bars are perfect, the same guy red powder coated my first sw motech bars to, they were on the bike for 5 yrs after the red was done and when i bought the altrider bars i sold the red sw motech ones that had been on the bike 5 yrs they were still brilliant.
Really good to know! I am just going to let the bars do what they do and get them redone whenever they get too nasty. Seems PC certainly isn’t created equal…

Is the altrider is made from stainless steel panted black or silver ?

It it tough As the Outback Motortek ?
I have ALTRIDERs crash bars (black) on my S10 and they are quite robust.
I have never seen a set of Outback Motortek crash bars in person on an
a S10 but they seem to be quite up to the task of protecting a S10.
The ALTRIDERs are made of stainless:
