What did you do with your wife? Did she get packed in a pannier?

I'd take a picture now that I've arrived in Amarillo, but all you can see is the curvature of the earth on the horizon. I bumped into another houston area S10 on a trailer today. Coastline should be here in Amarillo in a few hours. At least there's some terrain tomorrow.

I have all her gear with me, but she had to work this week. (She was fit to be tied)
But alas, I salvaged her sanity. I'm flying her into Spokane. Picking her up there and taking her into Calgary\Banf area.
Then back down the continent to Albuquerque. She'll fly back from there and I'll do the TEXAS HEAT leg without her.

Lucky lady. :)

That's a straight run from Houston to Terlingua in Big Bend. (720ish miles)

I've done that run because I had no choice. Time commitment.

I'm impressed! That required keeping your head down and churning. Especially current season. Good job. :)

Oh, and forget the trailer idea. This is what keeps you young and alive.

Get my TK's on! I did all the work with irons. My hands got beat to shit on the rotors. I used the compressor at the Navajo Tire shop.
