This weekend seven of us got together for a Missouri back roads ride. Troy [the leader of the pack] had his wife “Emily” on for her first real motorcycle outing. They have four kids and she usually has to stay home and take care of three of them while Troy and one of the kids goes riding with us. Our son Eric had our daughter “Emily” on with him,She went with us while her hubby was home planting the fields { Way to go Emily ,play instead of work, that’s my kind of girl} Mike , my daughters father-in-law was on his Harley and Me and my wife Michelle. 1 Wee-Strom, 1 Vee-Strom, 1 Tiger 955i, and the Harley. We road 911 miles of great Missouri roads, Camped on the Current River and had more fun than is legal.

Low water crossing ,,, No Problem!

Previously Flooded areas,,, Problem!!!!!

I think this looks like Rem took this picture out his back door in the Yukon but it really is down in the Missouri Ozarks.

Three st----- I mean pretty girls

Jeff this picture is for you,,,Thanks for the hat.

Thanks for reading.

Great photos and roads. Looks like you had another good trip for the books. Nothing like sharing a good trip with friends.

Thanks for sharing with your Super Tenere friends too. :)

Hold the Harley hold up against all those dual purpose bikes. Looks like a great time
Mike does great on the Harley. We couldn't do much gravel or off pavement , He sure doesn't hold anyone up.

That's a mighty handsome waterfall, by the way. I like it. Wish I did have one in my back yard. R

Now about them bikes on the ground, I had just read on Stormtropper that you can’t trust the side stand on the DL650, They were right!!!

This 4th weekend three out of the four of us that are going to Alaska went on a shake down run. We ended up with 1220 miles of Missouri back roads. We tryed out our ChatterBoxs and that was a nice way to talk while riding. The first thing on our ride was to find some of Missouri's swinging bridges. That made for so good exploring.

This picture just kills me, This is a public bridge in Arkansas, notice the gaurd rail, Sting, and it has fallen down.

This is a road in Arkansas .

Then we fairyed back into Missouri.

This is Alley Spring.

Then it was off to some real riding.

There is a lot of good riding in Missouri and a never ending exploring possibility . Hope to see some of you out there soon.
Thanks for reading.
